Play Minecraft At Peoples Houses?

Alright, hey. It's Zoof here. Currently I am 14 hours away from home, I drove the WHOLE way. Just got my permit, and well... it sucks to drive that long. Anyways, I am on my great grandmothers computer, which is running windows 98. YAY. *sadface* So yeah, even though I'm far away, I still get on to play Minecraft, when were not doing anything.

Don't get me wrong, I love spending time with my family that I barely ever get to see... but sometimes it can get boring. I've just been watching westerns all day, so I asked if I could hop on the 'net and hang out in the basement for a bit.

I downloaded Minecraft.exe from the site, and signed it. I get like 5 FPS when playing, unless FOR SOME WEIRD reason, I am in the... desert? I dunno, but yeah, since gameplay is... erm... lets just say "not much fun" I decided to hang out on the forums. Considering it hasn't got alot of activity yet. I'm sure obble gets a bit lonely here.

SO, if you read all of that, CONGRATULATIONS. Now post if you do something similar.

-OMG- Just noticed, she has a great modem + router, why didn't I bring meh laptop T_T

Haha, it's nice to see more than me and swalezee posting on the forums, today I have a presentation at school though in an hour but ill be back shortly as I only have to go in for that . Sometimes I check up on the console at school and use the server /say to talk to members when I'm meant to be working xP Also my grandmother has a mac at her house haha, so If I go there I'll pop on minecraft for a bit.

~We do need more people to post, I get very lonely~ :'(
